Kingdom Capital Network
2025 Impact Report
In 2025, God not only allowed KCN to make significant strides towards long-term sustainability and impact, but experience continued growth in serving His Church and beyond
Where Faith and Work
Continue to Flourish
Note From Our Executive Director, Wes Fang

KCN Friends and Supporters,
As we reflect on this past season at Kingdom Capital Network, a few themes continue to surface. First, we are seeing more clearly than ever that business ownership can be a powerful place of formation. Through cohorts, mentorship, and shared learning, entrepreneurs in the KCN community are not only growing in their ability to lead sustainable businesses, but also in their understanding that God is actively shaping them through their work. Again and again, business owners are discovering that their companies are not separate from their faith, but one of the primary places where discipleship is lived out.
Another consistent pattern has been the importance of community. Many business owners begin their journey feeling isolated in the weight of leadership. Yet once they step into a network of mentors, peers, and supporters who share their values, something shifts. Conversations become more honest, wisdom is shared more freely, and entrepreneurs find renewed confidence to pursue the calling God has placed before them.
Gatherings like our annual Business Owner Retreat have become meaningful spaces for rest, reflection, and encouragement, reminding leaders that they do not have to carry their work alone.
This season has also strengthened our commitment to serving entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds across our city. Through new initiatives and partnerships, we have begun walking alongside aspiring immigrant entrepreneurs as they navigate the complexity of starting businesses in the United States. These early efforts are opening doors for individuals who already carry remarkable resilience, skill, and vision, helping them translate those gifts into sustainable livelihoods and meaningful contributions to their communities.
Across all of this work, the most encouraging wins are found in the stories. Business owners gaining the confidence to pursue new opportunities. Leaders discovering renewed clarity about their purpose. And companies being built that serve their neighbors with integrity and generosity.
Thank you for continuing to pray for, support, and invest in this work. Your partnership makes it possible for KCN to cultivate a life-giving ecosystem of Kingdom-minded businesses. We are grateful for what God has done in this season and hopeful for what lies ahead.
With Blessings and Gratitude,
Wes

When Prayer Meets Opportunity
94% of KCN businesses reported a deeper understanding and connection to God’s work in their business
Tu Contabilidad
Jimena Martínez Ibáñez never set out to build a company. She simply began helping friends prepare their taxes from home. Over time, word spread, and what started around a kitchen table grew into Tu Contabilidad, a small business helping entrepreneurs keep their finances organized and honest.
But growth brought new questions. As more clients arrived, Jimena wondered whether to keep the business small or take a risk and expand. At the same time, she and her family were praying about how to balance their finances while investing more of their lives in ministry. The future felt uncertain.
Then an unexpected connection introduced her to Kingdom Capital Network.
The opportunity felt like an answer to prayer. With KCN’s investment and training, Jimena was able to upgrade equipment, improve her office space, and reach more small business owners across her community. Just as importantly, the experience gave her new confidence to embrace her work as an extension of her faith.
Looking back, Jimena says she once believed only in what seemed probable. But through faith and the support of Kingdom Capital Network, she began to see something bigger unfold.
Watch Jimena’s full story to see how God opened doors she never expected.

90% of KCN businesses would highly recommend the program to a fellow business owner. Our prayer is that, as more business owners refer their fellow entrepreneurs to the program, the light of the Gospel will radiate across Austin through the redemptive work of these small businesses.

Encouraging Healthy Rhythms of
Rest and Renewal
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey, which is why gatherings like the Alumni Retreat hosted by Kingdom Capital Network are so vital. This year’s retreat brought together about [XXXXX] alumni business owners, along with [XXXXX] mentors and team members, for a time of reflection, encouragement, and renewed vision. Through shared meals, prayer, and honest conversations about the challenges of leading a business, participants were reminded that they are part of a larger community of entrepreneurs seeking to honor God through their work. The retreat created space for business owners to reconnect, celebrate growth, and encourage one another in seasons that can often feel isolating.
Events like the Alumni Retreat highlight the heart of KCN’s mission: supporting small business owners not only with capital and mentorship, but with meaningful relationships and spiritual formation. Kingdom Capital Network exists because running a business can be a lonely path, and entrepreneurs thrive when they are surrounded by a community that believes in both their calling and their impact. The retreat was a powerful reminder that when business owners gather in faith and fellowship, encouragement multiplies and new vision begins to take shape.
How CompuPlus Found Growth Through Faith, Humility, and Community
KCN businesses employed 150+ individuals in their communities and around the city

The CompuPlus Story
For Alex Medina, building CompuPlus, a computer repair shop serving Austin’s growing Hispanic community, has never been just about fixing devices. It has been about serving people with honesty, skill, and care.
But in 2021, everything nearly disappeared overnight. After the Texas winter storm knocked out power for days, a fire broke out in his shop in the middle of the night, destroying most of his tools and inventory and leaving Alex suddenly facing nearly $30,000 in losses. With a wife and three children depending on the business as their only source of income, the future felt uncertain.
That’s when Alex was introduced to Kingdom Capital Network. Through KCN’s loan and mentorship, Alex was able to rebuild his shop, hire his first employee, and begin seeing new growth in the business. Even more importantly, the experience reshaped how he sees faith and work.
Today, Alex runs CompuPlus with renewed confidence and a deeper sense of purpose, believing God cares not only about his faith, but also about the work he does every day.

Business Foundations
Business Foundations was created out of a shared desire among churches and local partners in Austin to tangibly serve immigrants and refugees who are seeking to build new lives in our city. Many arrive with remarkable resilience, skills, and entrepreneurial vision, yet face unfamiliar systems and barriers as they try to establish sustainable ways to provide for their families. This five-week pilot workshop was designed to meet that gap, walking alongside aspiring entrepreneurs as they learn the practical steps of launching a business in the United States while being supported by a community that wants to see them flourish.
Through weekly in-person gatherings, participants are introduced to foundational topics such as formalizing a business structure, building basic financial systems, and developing clear business models that can support long-term growth. Yet the heart of the program extends beyond business education. Business Foundations reflects KCN’s broader mission to empower entrepreneurs with both practical tools and meaningful relationships. By connecting participants with mentors, trusted community partners, and ongoing support, the program seeks to create pathways toward economic stability, dignity, and belonging. In doing so, it not only strengthens individual businesses but also contributes to a more vibrant and interconnected community across Austin.
Financial Flourishing
KCN loan recipients grew their sales by an average of 16% in 2024.
Pink Daisy Beauty Bar
For Chamagne, facials were never just about skincare—they were a rare moment of self-care in the midst of single motherhood. In her 30s, those sessions became a way to recharge, to step away from the busyness of life, and to remind herself that she, too, was worth investing in.
Years later, when she launched Pink Daisy Beauty Bar, she carried that same belief into her business. She wanted to create a space where women could pause, breathe, and be restored—just as she once had. But as any entrepreneur knows, passion alone isn’t enough. Building and sustaining a business came with challenges, and Chamagne knew she couldn’t do it alone.
In 2024, she joined Kingdom Capital Network with one goal: to invest in her business the way she had learned to invest in herself. What she didn’t expect was how much God would reshape her journey. Through KCN, Chamagne realized she didn’t have to have all the answers. Her job wasn’t to have entrepreneurship perfectly figured out—but to remain focused, obedient, and open to what God was placing in front of her.

For six months, she leaned in—soaking up wisdom from her mentor, her cohort, and the KCN team. Through a KCN loan, she was able to pay off business debt, support her Pink Daisy Beauty Bar storefront in Round Rock, and sustain payroll for her employees. But the impact went deeper than finances.
Chamagne found a renewed confidence—not just as a business owner, but as a woman walking in faith. With clarity and strategy, she stepped into 2025 with a new business model—one designed for sustainable growth. She refined her staffing structure, diversified her revenue streams, and strengthened the systems that would allow Pink Daisy Beauty Bar to flourish.
Most importantly, she did it all with God at the center. Because for Chamagne, success isn’t just about skincare or sales—it’s about creating a space where women can be restored, inside and out, just as she once was.

KCN Alum Highlight
We also celebrated the continued growth and success of businesses from KCN’s inaugural cohort.

Moses Construction
For Karla and Moises, their first Kingdom Capital Network meeting was more than just an introduction to business resources—it was the first time they truly understood how much God cares about their work.
That truth changed everything.
From that moment forward, they began operating Moses Construction with a renewed perspective. No longer was their business just a means to make a living—it was a calling. Clinging to the truth of the Gospel gave them the wisdom to make difficult decisions and the strength to weather seasonal slumps. And they never had to do it alone. The KCN team and their fellow cohort members stood beside them, offering prayers, encouragement, and fresh ideas to help their business grow.
Their time with KCN didn’t just shape their mindset—it transformed their operations. With the help of a KCN loan, Karla and Moises purchased a dump trailer that significantly lightened the workload for their team, making their business more efficient. They also saw an increase in annual revenue and discovered new ways to care for their employees, ensuring that their company reflected their faith in every aspect.
But perhaps the greatest impact of their KCN journey wasn’t just on their business—it was on their hearts. Karla, inspired by the support and transformation they had experienced, decided to give back in a powerful way. She joined the KCN team(!), offering interpretation and care for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs in current and future cohorts.
For Karla and Moises, Moses Construction is more than a business—it’s a testament to faith, perseverance, and the power of community. And through their work, they’re not just building structures—they’re building a legacy rooted in God’s provision.
And We're Excited To See Where God Takes Us In 2025
This year, we've expanded our team and network of churches, making us more equipped to serve our current cohort and future business leaders.
